PHILOSOPHY

Grape growing began in 2014, followed by the founding of the winery in 2021. Through careful, hands-on work, we pursue pure wines that reflect the memory of this land. Our joy is in becoming part of people’s bodies and daily lives—through food and farming in harmony with nature.

2014年から葡萄の栽培を始め、2021年に醸造所を設立。丁寧な手仕事でその土地の記憶を映すピュアなワインを目指す。自然と調和した食や農を通じて人々の体と暮らしの一部になれることを喜びとする。
