FUKUIARA Pétillant - Fleur de Cerisier 2025

From Fukuihara, Takayama Village, Nagano. A petillant naturel made exclusively from vinifera varieties. Estate-grown Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Gamay blended with contract-grown Chardonnay from Fukuihara. After pressing, natural fermentation takes place in special plastic tanks with the same oxygen permeability as wooden barrels; fermentation-derived CO2 is captured directly in the bottle.
