From Koshu City and Yamanashi City, Yamanashi. Koshu-based blend with Kyoho and Shine Muscat. Koshu vinified as both direct-press juice and skin-contact wine, fermented and aged in barrels from large to small over approximately four months, then assembled with Kyoho aged six months in small barrels.

A red wine made primarily from Cabernet Franc sourced from Nakagawa Village and Ōshika Village, Nagano. Carbonic maceration for over a month, aged 10 months in old barrels, bottled without added SO₂, then bottle-aged 12 months before release. First release (2021 vintage) under the Sûr Laiyeu label. Winemaking commissioned at Nankō Jōzō in Nakagawa Village.
