BACKGROUND

Gained harvest and winemaking experience with Christian Binner in Alsace. Present at the making of the cuvée 'Si Rose,' he was captivated by its perfume-like rose aroma and resolved to enter winemaking. In 2020 he established a vineyard in Komoro and began growing grapes while continuing to train at Domaine Oyamada.
