PHILOSOPHY
Natural winemaking that draws on the warm climate and granite-sandstone soils of Okayama—the “Sunny Country.” Through European-style viticulture and natural winemaking, we work toward building a community shaped by new values: genuine craftsmanship, sustainable agriculture, and a life worthy of being human.
「晴れの国」岡山の温暖な気候と花崗岩・砂岩土壌を活かした自然派ワイン造り。ヨーロッパ式葡萄畑作りと自然派ワイン造りにより、本物のものづくり・永続的農業・人間らしい暮らしという新しい価値観を持った地域社会づくりを目指す。

BACKGROUND
Born in Tokyo in 1974. After graduating in industrial chemistry from Meiji University in 1997, he went to France. Following the enology program at the University of Bordeaux, he completed the BTSA (advanced enology-viticulture diploma) in 2001. He served as vineyard manager in Guigal's Hermitage sector (2001–2002) and at Domaine Thierry Allemand (2002–2006). In 2002 he founded La Grande Colline in France's Rhône — a pioneering Japanese-owned winery in France. He returned to Japan in 2016 and established La Grande Colline Japon in Okayama.
PREVIOUS CAREER
Went to France after graduating in industrial chemistry from Meiji University.
TRAINING
University of Bordeaux enology program; completed the BTSA. Vineyard manager in Guigal's Hermitage sector and at Domaine Thierry Allemand.

小公子 2024
小公子100%。山梨県牧丘産（樹齢15〜30年）。亜硫酸無添加、無濾過。
ル・カノン ヤマ エ ソー 2024
カベルネ・ソーヴィニヨン（神戸）と山ぶどう（岩手）のブレンド赤。9%。
富吉 2023
小公子70%主体にシラー、グルナッシュ、山ぶどう等をブレンドした赤。岡山富吉産。
ル・カノン ミュスカ ダレクサンドリー 2022
マスカット・ダレクサンドリー100%の白ワイン。岡山産。亜硫酸無添加。
