BACKGROUND

Takahiro, born 1980 in Yamanashi; Tomoko, born 1978 in Hokkaido. The two met as colleagues at a Tokyo restaurant and married, refining their craft at wineries in Japan and abroad. In 2015 they moved to Tōmi, and in 2019 opened LES VINS VIVANTS, growing and vinifying wine grapes side by side.
