Our mission is to express the individuality of grapes grown in the hills of Yamabe. Through minimal intervention, we articulate the complexity and elegance woven by nature. With deep respect for the land, we are committed to letting each vintage's story speak quietly.

Farming
Hillside in the Hiraide district of Shiojiri, Nagano, around 540 m elevation on a southwest-facing slope. No chemical pesticides; labor-intensive hand sorting is rigorously practiced.

BACKGROUND
Moved from Tokyo to Ueda in 2014, planting Cabernet Sauvignon and Nebbiolo in the Higashiyama district of Shiodadaira. In 2023 he established a winery on a corner of the Higashiyama vineyard, making natural wine from organically grown grapes.
