古樽で丁寧に熟成させたシャルドネ。新樽の過度な樽香ではなく、古樽がもたらす微妙な複雑性とナッティさが、ブドウ本来の酸味とバランス。東御の冷涼地がもたらす高い酸が、樽熟成を通じてさらに洗練された表情へと変化している。

Chardonnay matured in neutral old oak, allowing the vineyard's cool-climate character to remain in focus. Ancient barrels contribute subtle complexity and hazelnut notes rather than overt wood influence. High natural acidity evolves into refined texture through careful aging.
