Farming

Grapes are grown in two locations — Ōshika and the Katagiri district of Nakagawa, in southern Nagano. Planting began in 2015; about 2,500 vines as of 2026. No pesticides or herbicides. Winemaking is entrusted to Minakata Jōzō (Nobuari Soga) in Nakagawa.

BACKGROUND

Runs the wine shop Sous Lie in Aichi. From 2015 he began planting grapes in Ōshika and the Katagiri district of Nakagawa, southern Nagano. His first vintage was released in 2021, vinified by Minakata Jōzō (Nobuari Soga) in Nakagawa. He incorporated as Domaine Yogo in March 2026.
