PHILOSOPHY
Founded in 2002 by the Nakazawa couple in Kurisawa, Iwamizawa. South-facing gentle slopes planted with Gewurztraminer, Pinot Gris, Kerner, Silvaner, and Pinot Noir. Since 2017, wines are made at Kurisawa Wines.
2002年に新規就農して、岩見沢市（旧栗沢町）にワイン用葡萄のみの農園として、中澤一行、由紀子ご夫婦2人でスタート。南向きの緩い傾斜地にゲヴュルツトラミネール、ピノグリ、ケルナー、シルヴァーナ、ピノ・ノワールを栽培。2017年より共同設立した栗澤ワインズでワイン造りをしている。
