カベルネ・フランの個性が際立つ、長野らしい冷涼感のある赤ワイン。青いハーブやピーマンのニュアンスと赤い果実が共存し、自然な酸とポリフェノールがワインに骨格を与えています。最小限の亜硫酸添加で、ブドウの生命力をそのまま表現しています。
