Toytasowso Pinot Noir Rosé

収穫を3回に分けて実施。軽く潰した全房を約2週間醸したもの、手除梗後10日間醸したもの、および1ヶ月間醸したものの3パターンを異なる方法で発酵・熟成させた後、瓶詰め前にブレンド。

Harvested in three separate rounds. Three fermentation approaches — whole-cluster maceration for two weeks, hand-destemmed with 10-day maceration, and one-month maceration — were each vinified separately before blending at bottling.
